How we handle issues with your order.
Every Ninira item is custom printed to order, just for you. Because each product is made on demand, our return policy works differently from a standard retail store.
What we cannot accept
Since your order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind
- The wrong size selected at checkout
- The wrong color, style, or variant ordered
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
When we make it right
We stand behind the quality of every order. We will send a replacement or issue a refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Has a printing error
- Is the wrong item from what you ordered
How to request help
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back.
